Our group consists of two trading companies that serve customers across the world by sea and air. The companies’ values are the same, but their market spread and product offering differ. Our focus has always been to locate and identify promising markets, and establish strong trading partners in these markets. We value our relationships with our customers on many levels and offer an honest and efficient service to ensure that our customers receive high quality products at the right price.
Vitanova International specialises in the worldwide export of fresh produce with a focus on servicing year-round programmes mainly to Central East Africa and the Middle East. Non-programme business is also offered into Russia, the Far East and other markets.
VNFoods (Pty) Ltd is focussed on the supply of fresh fruit and vegetables, beef, wood and charcoal to Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands. Our consistent year-on-year growth has widened our footprint across the African region and surrounds.

Where is our product?
Our group procures from growing areas throughout South Africa and its neighbouring countries (Namibia, Swaziland, Zimbabwe and Zambia). Our many relationships with local farmers allow us to have a continuous supply of homegrown products which are carefully selected for our export programmes.
Alternative fruit varietals are also sourced from fruit-producing countries outside of South Africa, which enables us to offer our customers an uninterrupted year-round supply.
We provide flexible end-to-end logistical support and solutions. Along with traditional sea freight, we also tailor airfreight solutions to cover our markets’ needs.
To cover year-round supply, we procure from both the northern and southern hemisphere growing regions.
